"I have had the worst experience having insurance from State Farm especially Tamika's office. I started off with less than $200 for 2 of my vehicles, but when i declined to use the 'Drive safe & Save' my monthly payment went up significantly, almost doubled. My payment due date was the 28th of the month, after multiple calls and speaking to several agents requesting to change the due date to the 1st of the month, I was charged an extra month just for the change in the due date, after speaking to Tamika and her agents, I was not convinced on why I was charged an extra month, the very only argument I heard over and over was “that’s how our billing system works’’, nor I was told that the change will cost me more. I called the corporate office few times on this, I thought they would investigate and resolve it, but instead I was asked to resolve it with the local agent, that tells me that everything at Sate Farm is Personal not professional. I found better plan with less than what I was charged, besides wasting hours over the calls with this office for the irresponsible behavior and unjustifiable charges. Think twice before buying insurance from State Farm in General, but from Tamika’s office in specific."
